Making Crepes

Crepes whether savory or sweet are probably one of the least expensive meals you can make. They often go by other names as well - my husband has a recipe and calls them Swedish Pancakes. Either way they are made with the same basic 3 ingredients.

• eggs
• milk
• flour

I took this video from Taste of Home to share with you. They are right; it takes a bit of practice but once you get the hang of it you can get on a roll with making them.
