Individual Thanksgiving Gratins

Initially I wrote this recipe for Thanksgiving Gratins back in 2012. Please forgive that the photographs are not high quality. There are only two people in the house so doing individual gratins was the best choice. You can make this casserole style using up your left over Thanksgiving ingredients.

I used the left over stuffing, turkey, gravy and potatoes but if you have left over cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes just do a layered casserole with the left overs. Easy sweep of the refrigerator to clean up the left overs and one main dish to wash up.

First, spray the dish with a cooking spray. Then line a gratin dish with the leftover stuffing.

Next put some of your homemade turkey gravy over the stuffing.

Add in some turkey pieces and a little bit more turkey gravy.

Top off with some mashed potatoes - you can partially reheat the potatoes in the microwave to make them easier to spread with a fork. Drizzle a little bit of melted butter over the potatoes.

Bake for 10-12 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Turn on your broiler and bake for a few more minutes to get the potatoes crispy.
