Moore's Buffalo Ranch Vegetable Dip

An easy vegetable dip made with Moore's Buffalo Ranch Sauce is perfect for MARCH MADNESS MUNCHING!

I love watching women's basketball. Specifically I am an avid UCONN Women's Basketball Team fan and I already have my NCAA Tournament Bracket filled out! With that being said I am looking forward to my team winning an unprecedented four National Championships! What else I am looking forward to is the munchies during all of the games. How can you watch sports and not snack?
Through Foodies TV I was asked to enter a contest using one or more of Moore's Marinades. When the box arrived I was pleased to see some new editions I did not know were added to the product line. Among them was their Buffalo Ranch Sauce. Very tangy with a bit of heat (tasting right out of the bottle), I knew this sauce was one that I just had to use. It took a while of thinking until I came up with Moore's Buffalo Ranch Vegetable Dip.

With a handful of ingredients you're on your way to making a dip that goes so well with veggies. Come on now, it can't be all salty chips and crackers right? Although no problem if you spread it on crackers, this tastes great on those too! It's easy and doesn't take long to make. The longest time is in waiting for the cream cheese to soften.
  • 1/3 cup Moore's Buffalo Ranch Sauce
  • 1/4 green bell pepper - tiny dice
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper - tiny dice
  • 1/4 cup onion - tiny dice
  • 8 oz. cream cheese - softened
  • 1 tbsp. half and half or milk
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  1.  In a medium sized bowl add in the cream cheese and allow it to soften to room temperature.
  2. Take the ends off of the bell peppers and cut around the stems. Rough chop your onion. Place the onion and bell pepper pieces into the small bowl of your food processor and pulse until small.
  3. Take the remaining peppers, remove the seeds and white veins and slice up for dipping later on.
  4. To the soften cream cheese add in the bell peppers and onion with a pinch of salt. Mash and mix well.
  5. Add in the half and half and using a hand held mixer blend until smooth on medium to high settings.
  6. Next, add in the Moore's Buffalo Ranch Sauce and mix well.
  7. Transfer the dip to a bowl and serve with your favorite veggies.
