The Best Garlic Bread

The best garlic bread I have ever had is from Michael Jordan's Cafe over at Mohegan Sun Casino.  They serve this wonderful and perfectly toasted bread on top of a blue cheese sauce that is absolutely scrumptious!  It is under the appetizer selections. I would highly recommend ordering it.

I am determined to replicate this at home and may need one more sample to be sure I am on the right track. The ingredients for the sauce seems to be a garlic infused heavy cream with some blue cheese, thyme and butter simmered and blended to perfection.  The bread for dipping is laden with fresh garlic and butter and sprinkled with some fresh thyme and small bits of blue cheese, or was it Parmesan?  That's why I think I need to try it again so I can duplicate it for us at home.

It is definitely not figure friendly fare but for those once in a while splurges, well worth it.
