There are recipes for barbecued ribs, a wonderful peach and apricot basting sauce which would be great for the ribs or some grilled chicken!

Fun Presentation Ideas:
Take slices of watermelon and using a star cookie cutter, cut out star shaped watermelon.

Slice a pineapple lengthwise, hollow it out and fill with a variety of fruits.

Make fruit parfaits in clear plastic glasses using blueberries and slices of strawberries and top with whipped cream for a festive red, white and blue theme.

If you can find the blue/purple-ish Peruvian potatoes on sale, make your potato salad with those and with a long white potato and red potatoes for a
red, white and blue themed potato salad.

If you can't find the Peruvian potatoes or they are too expensive, use blue corn chips place around the edge of your potato salad bowl.
