Apple Crisp Revisited

This is my favorite time of the year. The skies are a vibrant blue, the sun is shining, windows are open and a nice cool breeze filters through the house. No more air conditioning - just that cool breeze to bath you in crisp fresh air.

It's also that time of year for apple pies when you can get the best apples from Mother Nature's bounty.
