I've Been Away

I have been away for a few days and will catch up on posting recipes. Please come back and check out any new posts and scan for a good recipe currently on here.
Here is a photo of where I was - stayed in a cabin overlooking a small lake in New Hampshire. Rained for all 3 days - cold and very little color on the leaves.

Oct. 5th update: Posted Recipe for Pork Chops with Apple Gravy to come later today.
Yellow Squash and Zucchini Baked with Cheddar Cheese.
