Pumpkin Mousse Pie

The Pumpkin Mousse that I made ended up in a pie shell that I baked off today.


This filling is so darn good and instead of eating it as just mousse,
I made a home made pie crust and pre baked it then added in the mousse. Should go well on the dessert table
with a chocolate cream pie!
