Lemons

Years and years ago I was not a huge fan of lemons but now I have acquired a taste for them and love the brightness that they add to so many dishes. Deciding to go all out and discover the health benefits of lemons I found two sites with a wealth of information. I have taken the information from those sites to share with you. The first site is Care2makeadifference and the second site is organic facts. What I am saying is all the credit goes to those two sites - these are not my words or my initial research. Hope you enjoy reading this and if you are like I was change your mind about lemons.
