Shelf Life of Food Graphic II

I have been finding these neat graphics. Sometimes I wonder just how I happen to stumble upon stuff. But this works for me. I took the State of Connecticut test for becoming a Qualified Food Operator prior to my opening my small food to go restaurant. That has helped me to know all about food safety. So, when I happen to find information that should be useful to you I like to pass it along. This just happens to be the second graphic I found today.
