Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

Hey, a recipe on the fly. Had a package of Good Seasons Italian dressing mix and decided to make it into a creamy Italian instead of the original recipe. Easy, fast and very inexpensive.

• 1 pkg. Good Season's Dry Italian Dressing mix
• 2 tbsp. sour cream
• 1 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese
• 2/3 cup heavy cream or half and half

In a bowl whisk together all of the above ingredients. Add more half and half or heavy cream if you want a thinner consistency.
