How To Cut and Seed A Melon

Yum
Most of us know what's taught in this video but someone just starting out in the kitchen may find this helpful. Aside from cutting and seeding there is a section which tells you how to pick out a ripe melon. I find that with Cantaloupe (the orange melon), if it is not ripe when you buy it at the grocery store leave it on your counter for 2-3 days and it will continue to ripen. I love that melons are so healthy and can be incredibly flavorful when ripe. So instead of grabbing the nearest cupcake or cookie, make a healthy snack like the Cone Fruit Cups.
