How To Grill Chicken
As always before I post these videos I watch them myself. Why? I might learn something new, or if I were to find a part of the video that I felt I would do differently, then I would make additional comments.
This video is spot on and exactly how I prepare my chicken when grilling. The only thing I do differently with the marinade is to save some separately (before the chicken goes in it) for basting later on. I also have recommended basting in the last 5 to 10 minutes of grill time.
