Crisp clean air, bright blue skies and something wonderful is baking in the oven. Ah the sights and smells of fall - I love it.

There's nothing like the scents of baking ingredients like apples, cinnamon, vanilla and pumpkin ~ the quintessential baking ingredients for fall. It's when the baker I've always aspired to be comes out and I feel the most comfortable in the kitchen with my mixers or rolling pin. Never considering myself a baker and always more of a cook I was surprised at the many desserts I've made here at Cooking On A Budget. Come along and see these 11 easy desserts. First up is one of the most popular recipes on this blog. The BEST Pumpkin Pie Filling. It gained popularity last year when I got lucky enough for the link to appear on MSN. Aside from that this filling recipe is truly out of this world delicious.
